Create a New Document

Use New to start a new, empty document based the default document format.

A new document can also be started by double clicking an empty section of the Tabs bar.

Create a New Document from a Template

You can create a new document by opening a document that has been previously saved as a template. See topic Working with Templates for more information on creating template documents.
